Study tour of Karnataka MLA’s – Controversy on Study Trip or Pleasure Jaunt ?

Study tour of Karnataka MLA’s – Controversy  on Study Trip or Pleasure Jaunt ?

2.28 crors (8 lacs per person)  spent on the study tours of the Karnataka MLA’s from the common mans pockets.
Surprisingly thought  days trip does not have a sing official meeting.

The tour covered five countries - Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Karnataka Legislative Assembly Speaker himself has admitted that the report has nothing about public enterprises in these countries.
Report does not reflect how public undertaking functioning in other foreign countries and its all vague, said Kagodu Thimappa, Speaker, Karnataka Legislative Assembly.
MLA’s says here all officials go , prime ministers go for such study trips , why don’t you go to them and ask what they have done in such trips or else ask parliament.

It s clearly shows how the reports are a sham and does not admire what they have understood from whatever they have studied from tour.It looks more disappointing that last five years MLA’s form the same assembly are going for such tours without adding much more values in the state policies. Other than introduction all the thing are purely copied from the website like Wikipedia and not more than school essay. I personally think that they should admitted in schools and they do not have right to stay on their position.

Look at the audacity of these MLAs, justifying the study tour when it was clearly a new year celebration trip. Nobody works in New Zealand and Australia during Christmas and New Year, but when we have elected criminals as MLAs, there is no surprise they act in this brazen manner.

At least put stop for more tours planned in next month until better guidelines can be framed.
